The Power of Phases: Implementing MTSS-B with Intention

Why do systems and practices for behavior intervention often fade as quickly as they begin?

Rolling out districtwide behavior supports can feel overwhelming. Success takes clear roles, aligned training, and steady communication across campuses. Too often, initiatives stall early or fade after a few years. In this free webinar, we’ll show a phased approach to MTSS-B, what to do first, who owns it, and how to sustain it, so your teams implement with confidence and consistency.

What You Will Learn

  • Identify the four phases of implementation
  • Map the timeline, roles, and steps to move through each phase
  • Create a campus action plan aligned to the phases
