Cultivating the Classroom Course Facilitation

Would you like to strengthen your Tier 1 classroom management systems, add strategies to your toolbelt, and have engaging conversations with educators just like you?

If so, this facilitation cohort is for you! 

Participants will complete asynchronous learning through the Cultivating the Classroom modules and connect with a skilled Emergent Tree coach and cohort of participants virtually to discuss the course, ask questions, and boost teacher confidence and competence in classroom management and Tier 1 systems.

  • Define core value behaviors, routines, and procedures
  • Feedback for appropriate behaviors and corrective toolkit

Megan Flynn

Megan Flynn 2 Megan Flynn is a former classroom teacher who found her love of behavior several years into her teaching career. Megan received her behavior coach certification and began the next step in her journey by becoming a behavior Interventionist who built and supported her campus Tier 2 and 3 behavior systems and co-chaired the campus Tier 1 team. Megan coached other district campus behavior interventionists at the elementary and secondary levels. She is a mom to 3 kiddos, a pet momma to two dogs, and a wife to her husband of almost ten years. Megan loves reading, spending time outdoors with her family, and organizing things.
